Thanks to the Woof Report for pointing me to Mutts Like Me. Adopt-a-Pet has teamed up with Shepard Fairey, the artist behind Obama’s iconic Hope poster.

Go to Mutts Like Me and you can download printable pdfs in several different sizes, a coloring page for kids, banner ads and links on Facebook and other social networks. You can also buy t-shirts, stickers and more! A super cool way to support pet adoption.

Plus, I think it’s hysterical that Fairey got his start with his Obey Andre the Giant campaign and now he’s doing huge, meaningful work.

I was a little nervous about trying to do dog training via ZOOM, but was surprised at how well it worked. I had a full room-size view of Lizzie and her dog Phin and she could see me and Maya very well. It was also very helpful to see her working with her own dog.

We really loved giving Daphne the opportunity to do Recreational Agility every week. She has become a better listener (although not less talkative…) and more confident in her movements. She has the tendency to be insecure with walking on certain textures and things that don’t feel balanced, so seeing her conquer the raised walk-way, teeter-totter, and wobble board was great. Amanda was a great instructor and truly cared about our dog.

It was all really helpful – Cooper is working on not jumping up, recall, and not being sassy when we put on the harness 🙂 all of the exercises were helpful and we’ve already started working on them with him and are slowly seeing improvements!

Siouxsie and I both had a fantastic experience in our class. She learned so many new things and I learned how to better teach her.
