There’s a debate raging right now over whether or not to add a dog run at Sunset Park. The Sunset Park Dog Owners Group is all for it and there are comments, both pro and con, on their page dedicated to the proposal.

Whichever side of the fence you fall on, you may want to attend the Parks Committee Public Hearing on the matter. It is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th, 6:30 PM at 4201 4th Avenue and 42nd St.

I do not live in Sunset Park, nor do I visit the park very often so I do not have an opinion on this matter. However, I’m positive that many of you out there do.
